The New York Region of International Association of Elevator Consultants cordially invites you to our 24th annual fundraiser on the beautiful PHD Lounge atop the Dream Downtown Hotel on Thursday, August 24, 2017, 355 West 16th Street, New York, NY.
As always, this event will benefit the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to educate the public on the safe and proper use of elevators, escalators and moving walks through informational programs.
Thanks to your continued generosity and support, over the years, the New York Region of IAEC has donated over $315,000 to the Foundation to implement its programs. This equates to over a million second graders being educated with the Safe-T Rider program by this event alone.
We welcome early reservations from members of the elevator industry and their guests. The cost for your reservation is $360.00 per person. All reservations will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and dancing.
Due to the overwhelming success of our previous fundraisers, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the early reservation price. An early reservation is necessary to guarantee a place for you and your guests, as space is limited.

Dream Downtown Hotel Block
The Dream Downtown Hotel is holding a block of rooms for IAEC NYC Fundraiser Attendees. Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $300/night by calling (212) 229-2511 and reserving under the “IAEC” room block. Hotel reservations do not include event tickets and discounted room rate expires August 1.
